In Sri Shankaracharya Professional University, 'Barkha' dance competition was organized in the auditorium of the university, in which students from all the departments of the university participated in the event. The program was inaugurated by the Chancellor of the University Mr. IP Mishra by garlanding the picture of Maa Saraswati with lotus flowers. Blessing the students, Chancellor IP Mishra said that my aim is to impart higher education to the students as well as to impart knowledge of Indian culture. He further said that all employable education is available in our university. At the same time, students do not have to worry about education only, but they can make their future bright by getting good education. University Vice Chancellor Professor A.K. Praising the students, Jha said that the spirits of the students are boosted through such competitive programmes. Getting 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in any competition does not matter but your good performance matters. The better you perform wherever you are, the more success you will achieve in life. This basic mantra helps in taking the students forward. The registrar of the university Mr. PK Mishra informed about the status of the university and provided a lot of information about the institute. Bhumika Tripathi, a student of the Department of Journalism, welcomed the program with the dance 'O Kisna Hai'. After that all the students gave their presentation on their favorite songs. By performing in the dance competition with tribal traditional dress, B. Pharma's Yukti Netam won the first prize in the dance competition, while second position went to Diksha Sahu of B.Pharma and third position went to Deep Kannauj and Aastha Tripathi of BCA. The students of the university took an active part in this program and one by one dance was presented. All the students of the university present in the program enjoyed the dance program a lot. Dr. Nidhi Tiwari, Dr. Sanju Singh and Dr. Lalit Kumar were in the jury of the competition. Honorable Vice Chancellor Professor A.K. Jha was honored with the trophy. Along with the students, all the professors, officers and employees of the university were present on the occasion. At the end of the programme, vote of thanks was given by Dr. Prachi Nimje, President of the Students' Union.
